Prices

If you wish to convert Pounds into your local currency the following website will give you an indication of equivalent price: currency convertor 

Postage 

For UK Recorded Post, add 70p to your total postage amount. This only applies to people in the UK!

For International Registered Post, add £3.40 to your total postage amount (a signature is required on receipt of parcel). This applies to Europe and the rest of the world.

Stock 

We only sell brand new products, not used items. Most products we carry in stock and can be despatched quickly. Items which are not on site can take longer to be ready for despatch. We will try and keep you informed of the progress of your order.

Delivery Time

When we have the items of your order in stock it is despatched quickly. In the UK we use Royal Mail First Class Post, for exports we use standard Air Mail unless instructed otherwise. We send you an email when your order has been despatched.

On average:

UK customers - Orders should be with you within two days of despatch.
European customers - Orders should be with you within three/four days of despatch.
Rest of World customers - Orders should be with you within four/five days of despatch.

Cancellations

Sorry, no cancellations folks!

Guarantees and Returns

All items are guaranteed to be brand new and should reach you in perfect condition.

We will only replace items that are defective, or sent in error.

This is subject to the buyer notifying the company within five working days of receipt of the goods and giving a description of the damage / defect. Do not send items back without our permission.

You do however have the right to return items to us FOR ANY REASON within thirty days, and we will refund you for the original amount debited. Items must be unused and unopened.

Report faulty items by emailing to info[@]smokycarrot[.]com and we'll give you return instructions.
